experiment example 1

[0010] Experimental example 1. Determination of the acaricidal activity of Asarum extract.

[0011] The contact biological activity of Tetranychus urticae was determined by slide immersion method, a standard method recommended by FAO.

[0012] Experimental Materials:

[0013] Obtain the Herba Asarum extract of 95% ethanol as follows: 500 grams of dried Asarum herb are pulverized, passed through a 40 mesh sieve, extracted at room temperature with 5 times the amount of 95% ethanol for 4 days, and filtered to obtain the extract. Add 5 times the amount of 95% ethanol to the filter residue for leaching, and filter. After doing this three times, the three extracts were combined and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the Asarum extract of the present invention with a yield of 3.65%. Then weigh 0.2g of the above Asarum extract, add 1% of the total volume of the extract in acetone to dissolve, stir with 0.5% Tween-80, mix well, dilute with distilled water, and make the con...

[0019] Experimental example 2. Determination of ovicidal activity of Asarum extract

[0020] The preparation of the spider mites used in the experiment was the same as that in Experimental Example 1, and the experimental solution of asarum extract for killing adults in Experimental Example 1 was diluted 10 times for this experiment.

[0021] experimental method

[0022] Refer to the standard method of ovicide recommended by FAO—leaf residual poison method to measure the ovicidal biological activity of Tetranychus urticae with slight modifications. Collect fresh cowpea leaves, cut off the petiole by 0.2 cm, wrap the petiole with wet cotton balls, put it in a petri dish with a layer of wet cotton, cover both sides of the leaves with wet cotton to make the leaves close to the cotton, and use zero Pick up 20 female adult mites to each leaf with a No. 2 soft brush, and place them at 25±1°C to allow them to lay eggs. After 24 hours, remove the female adult mites, check and record t...

Abstract

The invention relates to application of an asarum extract in preventing and controlling two spotted spider mite. The asarum extract is prepared by the method comprising the following steps of: washing whole asarum herbs, drying in the shade, crushing by using a plant crusher, screening by using a 40-mesh sieve, adding 2-10 times of 95% ethanol, settling at room temperature, leaching for 1-7 days, stirring occasionally during leaching, and filtering to obtain a leach liquor; adding 2-10 times of 95% ethanol again into the filter residue, and extracting twice according to the above-mentioned method; and concentrating under reduced pressure by using a rotary evaporator to obtain the asarum extract. Various conventional auxiliary materials required by preparing different pesticide preparations can be added into the asarum extract, a pesticide missible oil solution can be prepared by using the conventional preparation process. Compared with chemically prepared pesticides, the asarum extract has the advantages of high effect, low residue and harmony with the environment and other living beings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plant extract, in particular to the use of an asarum extract in preventing and controlling agricultural pest mites. Background technique [0002] Herbivorous mites are the most common plant pests, which can seriously reduce the yield of many important economic crops, such as fruits, cotton, vegetables and ornamental plants, and are recognized as the most difficult pest community to control. Chemical pesticides have played an important role in controlling harmful mites in agricultural production, protecting crops from damage and ensuring agricultural economy. However, the long-term use of chemical pesticides has brought various disadvantages, such as excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products, and increased human and animal poisoning incidents. Pests have become resistant to pesticides, the number of natural enemies has plummeted, and the ecological balance has been disrupted. Therefore, the research and developmen...
