Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a single board, communication equipment, a device for controlling power on/off of the single board and a method thereof. The device for controlling power on/off of the single board comprises a power slow starting circuit and a signal isolation control circuit which are connected together, wherein, the signal isolation control circuit transforms a low-voltage side control signal into a high-voltage side control signal and isolates the low-voltage side control signal from the high-voltage side control signal; and the power slow starting circuit switches on/off the single board under control of the high-voltage side control signal. In the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of power supply of the existing single board in the equipment, the low-voltage side control signal sent by a control module is transformed into the high-voltage side control signal so as to control on/off of the power slow starting circuit, thus realizing power on/off control of the single board in the communication equipment under the condition of avoiding an additional external switching device.
