Before the arrangement of a general pre-molded blank (11) in the shape of a test tube at left and right parting molds (31, 32) in the mold-opening state for blow molding and after the mold closing, parting molds (33, 34) for forming the suspension part descend so as to clamp the bottom (14) of the pre-molded blank (11) from two sides to lift the blank up, so that the pre-molded blank (11) is stretched. After the stretching, the closing of the parting molds (31, 32) for blow molding is performed, while low temperature blow-molding air is introduced to the pre-molded blank (11) for free blow molding.
