Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a breast pad and a production method thereof. The breast pad comprises a first impermeable film layer, a hygroscopic material layer, a nonwoven layer and a second impermeable film layer, wherein the first impermeable film layer is bonded with the nonwoven layer to form a cavity, and at least one group of elastic components are arranged between the bonding parts of the first impermeable film layer and the nonwoven layer; the hygroscopic material layer is positioned in the cavity, and the edge of the hygroscopic material layer is provided with at least one gap; and the second impermeable film layer is bonded with the nonwoven layer to form a pocket. Therefore, the hygroscopic material layer with the gap is easier to deform to form the cup under the drawing force of the elastic components, so that the breast pad is fitted with the breast. Moreover, the elastic components have certain elasticity, so the breast pad can adapt to users with different breast shapes in a certain range. In addition, when a large amount of milk overflows and the hygroscopic material layer cannot quickly absorb the milk, the pocket formed by the second impermeable film layer and the nonwoven layer can store partial milk.
