Embodiment Construction

[0050] figure 1 An exemplary measurement probe 100 is shown, which comprises: a first electrode 101 , a second electrode 102 and a third electrode 103 . The three electrodes 101 , 102 , 103 are electrically isolated from each other by an insulating layer 104 .

[0051] The exemplary measurement probe 100 is a cylindrical solid rod probe. figure 1 A section along the longitudinal axis of measuring probe 100 is shown.

[0052] The first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 are partially provided inside the measurement probe 100 . This means that at least one insulating layer 104 is located between a part of the first electrode 101 or the second electrode 102 and the surface of the measuring probe 100 . Along the longitudinal axis of the measuring electrodes, the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 have a greater linear extent in the interior than at the surface of the measuring probe.

[0053] Along the longitudinal axis of the measuring probe, the electro...

Abstract

The sensor (100) has electrodes (101, 102, 103) pointing outwardly at a surface of the sensor and electrically separated from each other by insulation layers (104), where the sensor is designed as a massive rod sensor. An evaluation element determines flow rate between the electrodes, where the electrodes are arranged at a distance from each other along a longitudinal direction of the sensor. The electrodes have different electrical potentials, and arranged in an inner side of the sensor. The electrodes are made from stainless steel, and the insulation layers are pressed with the electrodes. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling fluid in a container.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a measuring probe for determining the filling level of liquids in containers, in particular bottles or tanks. Background technique [0002] When liquids are poured into containers, high filling rates are often striven for with precise fill quantities. To achieve this, measuring probes are often used during filling to determine the filling level of the liquid. [0003] In the beverage industry, for example, filling is divided into two speed reports by means of the measuring probe. First, it is filled at high speed until a pre-defined filling height is reached. After reaching this filling level, the filling rate is reduced and the container is continued to be filled with a lower filling rate. When reaching the predetermined second filling height, the filling ends. [0004] In order to keep the filling time as short as possible, the filling height must be determined as precisely as possible. A premature switch to a low fillin...
