Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid prediction method for drifting path and diffusion of marine spilled oil, comprising the following steps of: creating a weather field database; calculating and predicting a wind field of a sea area related to the spilled oil by an atmosphere prediction model; calculating a wave field through a sea wave model, providing open boundary conditions of tides and circulations based on harmonic constants of 8 partial tides provided by a NAO99 global tide model, and taking the wave field as a forcing field to calculate out a three-dimensional current field comprising tidal currents and wind currents through a ocean dynamics model; based on an oil database and the monitored condition of the spilled oil, calculating out the drifting path and the diffusion result of thespilled oil through a spilled oil model comprising a spilled oil expansion and drifting track prediction model and a weathering model; and directly showing the prediction result through a visualization technology to provide scientific evidences for related decisions, such as emergency treatment on marine oil spill pollution, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of marine science and marine engineering, in particular to a method for rapidly forecasting drift paths and diffusion of marine oil spills. Background technique [0002] Since my country transformed from an oil exporter to an oil importer in 1993, the import volume of crude oil has continued to rise. In 2009, my country has become the world's second largest importer of crude oil, and its foreign dependence has exceeded the warning line of 50%, reaching 51.29%. In recent years, with the rapid development of my country's offshore oil industry and offshore oil transportation industry, the scale of offshore oil exploration, development, and submarine pipeline laying has continued to expand. At the same time, ships and various marine oil spill accidents have occurred frequently. also greatly intensified. Once a marine oil spill accident occurs, it will seriously damage the ecological environment of our country'...
