Problems solved by technology

[0003] The blister manure treatment process will produce a large amount of manure that needs to be treated. At present, the treatment of pig manure has been paid more and more attention. There are now methods to naturally decompose pig manure in the fermentation bed and use pig manure to breed earthworms and finally realize the production of earthworm feed and food. Bacteria-based materials, but the above-mentioned methods all need to change the breeding mode of the pig farm or control the moisture of the pig manure, and these methods are not suitable for the treatment of manure produced by the water-soaked manure process with high water content

Embodiment Construction

[0029] Combine below figure 1 and figure 2 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail.

[0030] A kind of treatment method of the excrement that a kind of farm water soaking excrement process of the present invention produces comprises the following steps:

[0031] 1. Solid-liquid separation of manure

[0032] The blistered manure in the manure tank is regularly discharged to the collection pool, lifted by a special cutting and anti-clogging pump (hereinafter referred to as the special pump), and transported to the solid-liquid separator through a pipeline for solid-liquid separation. The pressure range of the special pump is generally 10 to 20 meters is the net lift from the bottom of the collection tank to the solid-liquid separator (height difference plus resistance loss).

[0033] The solid-liquid separator is equipped with a sieve plate. The sieve plate is made of stainless stee...

Abstract

The invention provides a treatment method of manure waste generated in the process of soaking manure in water in a breeding farm, which comprises the following steps: (1) performing solid-liquid separation of the manure waste to form a solid substance and waste water; (2) adjusting the solid substance into a solid fermentable substance with a solid mass content of 6%-12%; (3) performing anaerobic fermentation of the solid fermentable substance to generate biogas residues, biogas liquid, and biogas; (4) performing waste water anaerobic fermentation of the waste water generated in step (1) and the biogas liquid generated in step (3) to generate biogas and fertilized water; (5) collecting the biogas generated in step (3) and step (4). The invention can increase the biogas yield by 15%-30%, and save the volume of the anaerobic reactor by 50%-80%; fertilizer production by biogas residues is performed after the solid substance in pig manure is anaerobically fermented, so the sterilization effect of the fertilizer is ensured; and the production process does not require changes of the breeding mode or control of the water content of pig manure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for treating pig manure, in particular to a method for treating manure produced by a process of soaking manure in water in a farm. Background technique [0002] In the traditional breeding mode, the breeding process of flushing manure with water not only consumes a lot of water, but also produces waste water that pollutes the environment; while the dry manure cleaning process does not need to use a large amount of water to flush the pens, but because the dry manure cleaning process requires a lot of The labor force is characterized by high labor intensity, tiring work and dirty work, so it is difficult to promote the dry manure cleaning process in large farms. Therefore, the water-soaked excrement treatment process that can save both water consumption and labor is more and more used in large-scale farms. [0003] The blister manure treatment process will produce a large amount of manure that needs to be treated. At pr...
