The method comprises the following steps: (1) arranging a plurality of layers of horizontal drainage channel nets on the area to be reinforced of a super soft foundation, wherein each horizontal drainage channel net comprises a plurality of longitudinal, lateral or criss-cross horizontal drainage channels and a plurality of horizontal converging tubes, and the longitudinal, lateral or criss-cross horizontal drainage channels at the same layer are converged at the correspondinghorizontal converging tubes; (2) converging the horizontal converging tubes at different layers to a plurality of vertical corrugated pipe, and connecting the corrugated pipes with vacuumizing equipment to form a stereo net-shaped drainage system; and (3) laying a geotextile layer and 1-2 layers of sealing films on the surface of a reinforced area, utilizing the vacuumizing equipment to vacuumize, spraying water on the surfaces of the sealing films, and unloading about 30-60 days later.
