Abstract

Techniques for navigating dominant concepts extracted from multiple sources are disclosed, including graphical user interfaces, methods, and computer storage media for navigating dominant concepts. The method is performed by a computer system that generates a graphical user interface having dominant concepts associated with the contextual query. Contextual queries are sent to search engines that search multiple sources to find results. The computer system extracts dominant concepts from the results. Graphics are then added to the GUI to group dominant concepts. The graph links the contextual query and the dominant concept, and provides controls to dynamically change the dominant concept displayed by the graphical user interface. Based on control operations, the graphical user interface and the displayed dominant concepts are updated.
