Abstract
The invention provides an inclusion method for fish oil which comprises the following steps: firstly, a tween 80 emulsifier is employed, fish oil is fully emulsified to form minimal emulsion droplets which are evenly dispersed, then a primary inclusion of fish oil is performed by beta-cyclodextrin to form a fish oil-beta cyclodextrin inclusion compound; secondly, a further inclusion of the beta cyclodextrin inclusion compound is carried out though inclusion agents such as sodium caseinate, microcrystalline cellulose and the like, a protein-cellulose sealed coating layer having a film state isformed on the surface of the fish oil-beta cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Based on the prior art, the method of the invention adds steps of emulsification and re-inclusion, so that the stability ofthe final product-fish oil inclusion compound can be effectively increased. The fish oil inclusion compound prepared by the invention has the advantages of high yield, long preservation time, stable property, difficult oxidation and deterioration.
