The MTC equipment group mark policy is one policy as follows: the user equipment (UE) marks are expanded, and the expansion bits of the UE marks are used as MTC group marks; the MTC group marks are preset in the MTC equipment, and the MTC equipment carries the MTC group marks when being accessed into the network; during the network contract signing of the MTC equipment, the group marks belonging to the MTC equipment in the same group are set into the same value; and when the MTC equipment is accessed into the network, the MTC group marks are set according to the attributes of the MTC equipment. The invention also discloses a management device for the MTC equipment group marks.
