Abstract

The invention provides a high temperature resistance super heavy oil viscosity reducer used with steam and its preparation method. The viscosity reducer comprises the following raw materials by weight ratio: 40-65% of petroleum sulfonate formaldehyde condensation product, 10-30% of sodium nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxy ether sulfonate or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulphaste, 1.0-2.0% of sodium bicarbonate, 10.0-30.0% of water and 2.0-5.0% of high temperature film spreading agent. The method comprises the following steps: a. adding sodium bicarbonate and the high temperature film spreading agent in water, fully stirring to dissolve for acquiring dissolving liquid; b. adding petroleum sulfonate formaldehyde condensation product into the dissolving liquid obtained in a step a, stirring to dissolve for acquiring mixed liquor; c. adding sodium nonyl phenol polyethyleneoxy ether sulfonate or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulphaste into the mixed liquor obtained in a step b, stirring to dissolve for acquiring the product. The viscosity reducer of the present invention has the characteristic of high viscosity reduction rate and high temperature resistance.
