Abstract

The main processes are as follows: respectively culturing bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis for 17-24 hours at 35-37 DEG C by using liquid media; mixing the bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis with solid media which are sterilized and contain bran and grape seed extracts uniformly, and inoculating the bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis into the solid media; then carrying out short solid fermentation (1-3 hours) at 35-37 DEG C; by utilizing the characteristic that bacillus is easy to generate spores when the environment changes, enabling the metabolically active bacterium to rapidly ripen and generate spores after short solid fermentation; and then grinding and packaging to prepare the microbial feed additive.
