Problems solved by technology

During the growth process of Andrographis paniculata, it is afraid of drought and is not tolerant to strong light. Especially when the seedlings are exposed to strong sunlight, the leaves are easy to burn and cause poor growth, low yield and poor quality.
In production, the method of setting up sunshade nets to prevent exposure to the sun is not only time-consuming, but also requires a large investment and low economic benefits, which is not conducive to large-scale promotion

Embodiment 1

[0046] General situation of the experimental site: Qingyuan Andrographis paniculata base is located in the subtropical zone, which belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate. The main climate features are high temperature and rainy weather. The annual average rainfall is 1500-2000 mm, and the annual average evaporation is 1000-1200 mm, which belongs to the humid area. The annual average temperature is around 20°C, the lowest temperature is in January at 8-21°C, the highest temperature is in July at 27-29°C, the extreme minimum temperature is around 0°C, and the extreme maximum temperature is around 35°C; the frost-free period is long, There are very few frost and snow days, and the average annual frost-free period is 314.4 days. The annual average sunshine hours increase from north to south, and the annual average sunshine hours are 1950 hours.

Embodiment 2

[0062] In 2008, it was carried out in the Andrographis GAP base of Denggutang Village, Dawan Town, Qingyuan. The intercropping corn variety was compact Yedan 13.

[0063] 1. Seed treatment

[0064] The selected Andrographis paniculata seeds with a thousand-grain weight greater than 0.93g were exposed to the sun for 2 days, soaked in warm water at 40-50°C for 24 hours, and changed the water twice in between. Wrap the soaked seeds in a cloth and rub them for 5 minutes. The intercropping corn variety is compact Yedan 13.

[0065] 2. Land preparation

[0066] Apply 2000-3000kg of fully decomposed farmyard manure and 10kg of calcium-magnesium-phosphorus fertilizer per acre in the field, plow the land deeply, rake and level it, and make a 1.4m-wide and 15-20cm-high furrow horizontally along the slope, and open a 20cm-deep ditch around the furrow.

[0067] 3. Corn sowing

[0068] On April 15, corn was planted in holes on both sides of the well-made furrows, with 1-2 grains in eac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for planting andrographis paniculata. The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting full andrographis paniculata seeds with thousand seed weight above 0.93 g, soaking the selected seeds for 24-30 hours under a temperature of 40-50 DEG C; culturing seedlings to 10-15 cm; (2) making furrow with the width of 1.3-1.5 m and the height of 15-20 cm, planting corns at two sides of the furrow, wherein 1-2 corns are planted in each hole with the spacing of 20-25 cm; (3) transplanting the andrographis paniculata seedlings of step (1) in the center of the furrow, planting 1-2 seedlings in each hole with the spacing of 20-30 cm, and watering roots; (4) performing field management for the interplanted andrographis paniculata and corns in step (3) till the andrographis paniculata grows out 3-5 cm away from the ground, cutting the part above the ground. In the invention, the andrographis paniculata and the corns are interplanted, so that the advantages of growth space and time of high stalk corns and low stalk andrographis paniculata can be realized; the high stalk corns develop the advantages of early seeding and sun shading during the growth period of the andrographis paniculata; the light intensity can be effectively reduced after the andrographis paniculata are transplanted; the andrographis paniculata can be prevented from sun burn, therefore, the growth of the andrographis paniculata can be promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine planting, in particular to a planting method of andrographis paniculata. Background technique [0002] Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees is a plant of the Acanthaceae family, and the whole herb or leaves are used as medicine. It is a medicinal material with more clinical applications in traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also an important raw material for many Chinese patent medicines. The preparations include Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees. Ester tablets, sodium sulfite andrographolide injection, etc. [0003] Andrographis paniculata is a perennial or annual herb with a flowering period of August to September and a fruiting period of October. Andrographis paniculata likes a warm and humid climate and is afraid of drought. If there is no watering for a long time, the growth will be slow, the leaves will be small, and the flowers will bloom early, which will affect the yield. T...
