Abstract

The method for the IP communication among the cluster network elements comprises the following steps that: at least one transmission layer tunnel is established between a first network element and a second network element, wherein the first network element and the second network element belong to the same cluster; if the second network element is in accordance with a transfer processing condition, the first network element packages a control surface message or user surface data to be transferred as a transmission layer message corresponding to one of the transmission layer tunnels; the transmission layer message is packaged as an IP message corresponding to the transmission layer tunnel; the IP message is packaged into a data frame; and the first network element sends the data frame to the second network element.
