Embodiment 1

[0016] An oil refinery used oil separation-flotation-A / O treatment process to process high-acid crude oil electric desalination wastewater. The COD of the effluent in the A / O section was 660mg / L, which was khaki and turbid, and it was difficult to meet the discharge standard. The analysis by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry and electrospray mass spectrometry confirmed that the organic matter in the biochemical effluent was mainly naphthenic acid which was difficult to biodegrade.

[0017] Use a 5L beaker to take 2L of the above wastewater and stir it on an electromagnetic stirrer, add 50mL of 10% (mass percentage) milk of calcium oxide lime, and dropwise add 10mol / L sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH of the wastewater to 12, add polyferric sulfate for flocculation 100mg and 0.1% (mass percentage) non-ionic polyacrylamide (molecular weight 5 million) 2mL, stop stirring after 10min, let it stand for 60min, separate the supernatant, adjust pH=7 with sulfuric acid, pass...

Embodiment 2

[0019] According to the operation method and conditions of Example 1, after the activated carbon packed column treats 600L of wastewater, the COD of the effluent reaches 60mg / L, and regeneration is required. Instead of using the chemical precipitation-coagulation operation of the present invention, only conventional flocculation treatment is performed, and the effluent COD reaches 60mg / L after the activated carbon filled column treats 240L of wastewater, and regeneration is required.

Abstract

The invention discloses a deep treatment method of naphthenic acid wastewater. Wastewater treatment comprises oil removing treatment, biological treatment, chemical precipitation-coagulation, sand filtration treatment and activated carbon adsorption treatment, wherein the chemical precipitation-coagulation is performed under the alkaline condition for making non-biodegradable naphthenic acid be reacted with lime to generate calcium naphthenate precipitates and remove the precipitated calcium naphthenate precipitates from wastewater under the coagulation action; the sand filtration is performed to treat colloids and suspended matters in wastewater; and the activated carbon adsorption is performed to further treat wastewater-dissolvable microorganism products and other non-biodegradable organic matters. Due to the adoption of the method, organic matters such as naphthenic acid and the like are effectively removed finally, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) of treatment effluent is less than or equal to 50 mg / L, the strict local discharge standard (COD is less than or equal to 60 mg / L) can be met, and the environmental risk of wastewater discharge is lowered; and the method is suitable for performing deep treatment on naphthenic acid in various types of oil refining or oil field wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for treating waste water in the petroleum industry, in particular to a method for treating waste water containing naphthenic acid in various oil refineries or oil fields, and is especially suitable for treating waste water with a relatively high content of naphthenic acid. Background technique [0002] Naphthenic acid is a complex mixture of alkyl-substituted acyclic or alkyl-substituted alicyclic carboxylic acids, and is a natural component of petroleum. The molecular weight of naphthenic acid is generally 100 to 1300, and it contains monovalent to tetravalent carboxyl groups. One-membered naphthenic acid is more common, with a molecular weight of 100-600, a boiling point of 250-350°C, and a general molecular formula of C n h 2n+Z o 2 , where n is the number of carbons, Z is the degree of hydrogen unsaturation, which is 0 or a negative even number, and -Z / 2 is the number of rings. Naphthenic acid is difficult to v...
