The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a communication bill of a mobile terminal in a network in a predetermined time segment; according to the communication bill, establishing a corresponding relation table between subscriber identities and IMEI numbers of the mobile terminal; calculating quantity of the subscriber identities corresponding to each IMEI number in the corresponding relation table; according to the quantity, determining invalid IMEI numbers.
