The present invention discloses a method for adjusting predistortion factors, comprising: adjusting the predistortion factors corresponding to the transmitting power set by the transmitting terminal; analyzing the signal receiving quality report feedbacked by the receiving terminal which is acquired by the predistortion factors before and after adjustment respectively so as to determine the conditions of the signal receiving quality of the receiving terminal; taking the predistortion factors after adjustment as the the predistortion factors corresponding to the set transmitting power of the transmitting terminal when the signal receiving quality becomes better; and then returning the steps of the predistortion factors corresponding to the set transmitting power of the adjusted transmitting terminal; and taking the predistortion factors before adjustment as the the predistortion factors corresponding to the set transmitting power of the transmitting terminal when the signal receiving quality becomes worse. The present invention also discloses a device for adjusting predistortion factors. The present invention can overcome the influence of the temperature and PA ageing on the predistortion effect when using the open loop predistortion factors and the high cost caused by using the closed loop predistortion factors.
