Example Embodiment

[0033] Example 1

[0034] A tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia hardwood cutting propagation method, comprising the following steps:

[0035] 1) Cutting collection and pruning

[0036] In late February of that year, when the annual tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia was about to sprout, cut the hard branches on the ground as cuttings. The diameter of the cuttings was 10-15mm and the length was 12-15cm. Cut surface, the upper and lower incisions are 0.5cm away from the bud.

[0037] Every 80 of the pruned cuttings are tied into a bundle to form a cutting bundle, wherein the lower ends of the cuttings in the cutting bundle are separated from the upper ends, that is, the lower ends of all the cuttings are located at one end of the cutting bundle, and the upper ends of all the cuttings are located at the other end of the cutting bundle.

[0038] 2) Promoting rooting treatment

[0039] First, soak the base of the cuttings in a carbendazim solution with a concentration of 5000 mg / L for ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hardwood cutting reproduction method for tetraploid robinia pseudoacacia, and belongs to the field of landscape plants. The method comprises the following steps of: taking annual hardwood cuttings of the tetraploid robinia pseudoacacia as a material; sterilizing hardwood cuttings of the tetraploid robinia pseudoacacia and treating by using a plant growth regulator; and heating cutting soil cooperatively. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: treating cuttings, namely immersing the base parts of the cuttings into carbendazim with concentration of 5,000 mg/L for 3 minutes and immersing the cuttings with heteroauxing solution with concentration of 1,000 mg/L; and finally heating the cutting soil, namely after hardwood cutting of spring tetraploid robinia pseudoacacia, monitoring heated cutting soil by using a TNHY-4 soil temperature monitor, and controlling the cutting soil at depth of 7-9 cm of a heating seed bed at 25-27 DEG C. Through the hardwood cuttings reproduced by the tetraploid robinia pseudoacacia by using the method, the rooting rate of the method is obviously improved, the rooting progress is quickened, and the technical problem of hardwood cutting seedling raising of the tetraploid robinia pseudoacacia in cold weather at northern areas is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia cultivation, and relates to a cutting propagation method of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia hard branches. Background technique [0002] Tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia (Tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia), also known as acacia, is a deciduous tree of Papilionaceae, native to North America, and is a new species of Robinia bred by artificially inducing diploid Robinia (2n) somatic cell doubling (4n). Tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia likes light, has no strict requirements on soil, is resistant to drought and barrenness, and has strong adaptability. It can not only grow in areas with serious soil erosion in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, but also in coastal sandy land and saline-alkali land with high salt content. It can grow on slag piles and weathered gravel of purple rocks. Introduction research proves that tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia can be planted in ...
