The invention discloses a soil improvement method for reducing successive
cropping obstacles of
greenhouse watermelons. The method comprises the steps of high-temperature
greenhouse closing and fertilizing treatment. The high-temperature
greenhouse closing includes plot cleaning, uniform scattering and application, deep ploughing, rectangular piece making, ground sealing,
water irrigation, closingand film uncovering and air-
drying. The fertilizing treatment is that plots in the step 1 are treated by using
lime nitrogen for 1 week, then 800 kg of a bio-
organic fertilizer or 500 kg of a biological bacterial
fertilizer are applied per mu, or 1000 kg of conventional
farmyard manure are applied per
hectare to improve a soil environment, beneficial soil microbes are supplemented, a
fertilizer often used by peasants, the biological bacterial
fertilizer and the bacterial
manure are generally applied, then thorough
bottom water is executed, deep ploughing of 25-30 cm is executed, fine harrowing, leveling and soil
moisture preservation are executed. According to the soil improvement method,
lime nitrogen is adopted for high-temperature sterilization in time and cooperates with application of the bio-
organic fertilizer or the biological bacterial fertilizer to kill harmful microbes of soil, improve pH, supplement beneficial microbes and promote watermelon
seedling growth, and the soil improvement method has the advantages of reducing the harm of successive
cropping obstacles and improving the soil for greenhouse watermelons with successive
cropping obstacles.
