The efficient air floating system comprises a coagulation portion and an air floatation portion. The method and the device for using small-aperture spiral wound ultrafiltration membranes to treat papermaking wastewater has the advantages that most CODCr (chemical oxygen demand), suspended matters and fibers can be removed by means of the coagulation efficient air floatation, the small-aperture spiral wound ultrafiltration membrane system using a linear water inlet runner net can effectively control membrane contamination, and the membrane molecular weight cutoff is 3000-10000Da.
