Embodiment Construction

[0010] The method for detecting the redox ability of liquids completed in an oxygen-isolated environment of the present invention, the specific operation steps are as follows:

[0011] (1) Mix agar with water and heat to dissolve to form agar solution, the mass of agar in the agar solution accounts for 0.5% or 1% or 1.5% or 2% of the total mass, that is, between 0.5% and 2% can be.

[0012] (2) Add potassium permanganate standard solution into the solution, move it to a transparent hard plastic box and fill it with plastic box, and seal it with transparent soft plastic compression molding on the top of the box;

[0013] (3) Place it at room temperature so that the agar solution added with potassium permanganate standard solution forms a pink potassium permanganate agar gel plate;

[0014] ⑷. Use a syringe to drop the measured liquid quantitatively through the transparent soft plastic above the center of the gel plate. The measured liquid then diffuses in the gel and reacts wi...

Abstract

The method for detecting oxidizing and reducing capacities of certain liquid in absence of oxygen comprises the steps of mixing agar and water, heating and dissolving the mixture to form an agar solution in which mass of the agar accounts for 0.5% to 2% of the total mass; adding a potassium permanganate standard solution to the agar solution, moving the mixture in a transparent hard plastic box, and pressing and sealing the opening of the box by transparent soft plastics; placing the mixture at room temperature, enabling the agar solution to form into a pink potassium permanganate agar gel plate; adding the liquid to be detected dropwise by a syringe above the center of the gel plate and through the transparent soft plastics, then enabling the liquid to be detected to diffuse immediately in the gel and be reacted with the potassium permanganate, so that the potassium permanganate is reduced and become colorless, and a colorless diffusion ring is formed in the gel; measuring the diameter of the diffusion ring to acquire quantity and total reduction capacity of the object to be measured. The method for detecting oxidizing and reducing capacities of certain liquid in absence of oxygen has the advantages of being capable of improving stability of experimental results remarkably, facilitating result reading, and controlling detection quality, suitable for micro-scale detections, simple and rapid in detection process, and applicable to intensification and commercialization integration methods.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the redox ability of a liquid in an oxygen-insulated environment. Background technique [0002] At present, redox titration is generally used to measure the redox ability of a certain liquid substance, and the specific method is as follows: Take potassium permanganate titration as an example: put a certain amount of the tested liquid (colorless liquid) in the Erlenmeyer flask , put potassium permanganate standard solution (oxidant, pink) in the burette, add potassium permanganate standard solution drop by drop into the Erlenmeyer flask, until the solution in the triangular burner is slightly red and does not disappear within half a minute. At the end point, the amount of the analyte and the total reducing ability can be known according to the consumption of potassium permanganate standard solution. Oxygen in the environment seriously interferes with redox determination, manifested as instability of relat...
