The invention discloses a bactericidal composition containing probenazole, which is prepared by compounding active ingredients, namely, probenazole (A) and a strobilurin fungicide (B), wherein the strobilurin fungicide (B) is any one of azoxystrobin, kresoxim-methyl, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, coumoxystrobin or enestroburin; the weight ratio of the probenazole (A) to the strobilurin fungicide (B) is 100: 1-1: 10; the sum of weights of the probenazole (A) and the strobilurin fungicide (B) accounts for 1-80 percent by weight of the total weight of the bactericidal composition; and the bactericidal composition can be prepared into wettable powder, a suspension agent, granules or water dispersible granules or other conventional dosage forms. The bactericidal composition is used for controlling rice diseases, in particular to rice blast and the like.
