specific Embodiment approach 1

[0022] Specific embodiment one: the method for electron beam radiation cross-linked chitosan of the present embodiment is as follows:

[0023] 1. Add chitosan to lactic acid aqueous solution, stir at room temperature for 4 to 8 hours to obtain a mixed solution;

[0024] 2. Vacuumize the mixed solution for 10-15 minutes until the vacuum degree is -0.1MPa, vacuum plastic seal, and then irradiate 20kGy-110kGy under the condition of radiation dose rate of 200Gy / s-500Gy / s, that is to complete the electron beam radiation exchange Linking chitosan; the mass concentration of lactic acid in the lactic acid aqueous solution described in step 1 is 1%-5%; the mass concentration of chitosan in the mixed solution obtained in step 1 is 10%-50%.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0025] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the molecular weight of the chitosan described in step 1 is 15,000-25,000, and the degree of deacetylation is >90%. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0026] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 or 2 is that the mass concentration of lactic acid in the lactic acid aqueous solution in step 1 is 2% to 4%. Others are the same as those in the first or second embodiment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cross-linking chitosan by radiation of electron beams and relates to a method for cross-linking the chitosan. The invention solves the technical problem that due to the introduction of a cross-linking agent, the application range of a cross-linked product of the chitosan is limited to a great extent. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, adding the chitosan into aqueous solution of lactic acid to obtain mixed solution; 2, vacuumizing the mixed solution, carrying out vacuum plastic packaging and then radiating by utilizing high frequency electron beams to complete the cross-linking of the chitosan by radiation of the electron beams. The invention provides the method for cross-linking the chitosan by radiation of the electron beams. Compared with other methods, the radiation cross-linking method has the advantages that any additive does not need to be added; synthesized high polymer has high purity; no problems of residual additives and the like are generated; and the polymer with a single-component system, which does not contain other impurities, can be obtained. Therefore, the difficult problems of introduction of the cross-linking agent and treatment of the residual cross-linking agent, which are generated when the cross-linked chitosan is applied in the field of medicine, can be solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cross-linking chitosan. Background technique [0002] The chemical name of chitin is β-1,4-poly N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, which was once known as chitin, chitin, chitin, polyacetylglucosamine, etc. In 1811, someone discovered this substance in mushrooms and thought it was a kind of cellulose. After research, it was found that the structure of chitin and cellulose is very similar, except that there is one group in the chain link, which is a linear compound formed by condensation of N-acetylglucose. [0003] Chitosan (chitosan) is the N-deacetylation product of chitin (p-1,4-poly-glucosamine). Because compared with chitin, the active group - amino group is added, the solubility performance is improved, and the physical and chemical properties are different from chitin. Usually, chitin with an N-deacetylation degree of more than 55% can be called chitosan, but to be used as a practical industrial product chitosan, th...
