Abstract

The invention aims to provide a trimaran with symmetric twin-propeller driving devices based on a principle of a differential mechanism. The trimaran comprises a main ship body, two propellers, a marine main engine arranged on the main ship body, two side ship bodies which are arranged on two sides of the main ship body and the differential mechanism, wherein an input shaft of the differential mechanism is connected with the marine main engine; half transmission shafts of the differential mechanism are connected with the two propellers; the first propeller is arranged in the middle of the main ship body and the first side ship body through the first propeller shaft; the second propeller is arranged in the middle of the main ship body and the second side ship body through a second propeller shaft; and the two propeller shafts are symmetrically arranged relative to the main ship body. By adoption of the trimaran, vibration and noise which are generated during running of the propellers can be effectively reduced, energy consumption of a power unit during running is reduced, and the flexibility and rapidity of the trimaran can be effectively improved.
