Abstract

The invention discloses a method for graded treatment of elevator faults. The method comprises the steps as follows: grading elevator fault information; and receiving an instruction of removing locking of faults in preset grades on elevator running, generating a fault treatment information packet, and removing the locking of the faults in preset grades on elevator running according to the fault treatment information packet. The invention provides a corresponding device. Due to the method and the device, faults can be displayed in real time, current fault information can be obtained without the presence of professional staffs, and historical fault information can be conveniently inquired. The locking of the faults in specific grades on elevator running can be quickly and forcibly removed to rescue passengers and then the fault conditions are checked and removed in detail.
