Embodiment 1

[0022] see figure 1 , is a schematic flow chart of the first embodiment of the method for elevator fault classification processing of the present invention, comprising steps:

[0023] Step S101: classifying the elevator fault information to generate an elevator fault information packet;

[0024] Step S102: According to the elevator fault information package displaying or warning the fault code and the current floor, storing the fault code;

[0025] Step S103: receiving an instruction to clear the lock of the preset level of faults to the elevator operation, generating a fault handling information package, and clearing the lock of the preset level of faults to the elevator operation according to the fault handling information package.

[0026] Firstly, classify the fault information according to the fault information, specifically as Figure 4 As shown, in the present embodiment, faults are divided into 7 grades, which are respectively:

[0027] Level A1, the fault code rang...

Embodiment 2

[0050] see figure 2 , is a schematic flow chart of the second embodiment of the method for elevator fault classification processing of the present invention, comprising steps:

[0051] Step S201: Classify the elevator fault information to generate an elevator fault information packet;

[0052] Step S202: According to the elevator fault information package displaying or warning the fault code and the current floor, storing the fault code;

[0053] Step S203: Receive an instruction to clear the elevator running due to faults of a preset level, generate a fault handling information packet, clear the locking of the elevator running due to a fault of a preset level according to the fault handling information packet, receive an instruction to view historical fault records, and generate a fault handling information packet , display historical fault records according to the fault handling information package.

[0054] Firstly, classify the fault information according to the fault i...

Embodiment 3

[0075] see image 3 , is a schematic flow chart of the third embodiment of the method for elevator fault classification processing of the present invention, including steps:

[0076] Step S301: classifying the elevator fault information to generate an elevator fault information packet;

[0077] Step S302: According to the elevator fault information package displaying or warning the fault code and the current floor, storing the fault code;

[0078] Step S303: Receive the lock instruction for clearing the fault of the preset level to the elevator operation, generate a fault handling information packet, clear the lock of the elevator operation for the fault of the preset level according to the fault handling information packet; receive the instruction of viewing historical fault records, and generate the fault handling information packet , displaying historical fault records according to the fault processing information package; receiving an instruction to clear historical fault...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for graded treatment of elevator faults. The method comprises the steps as follows: grading elevator fault information; and receiving an instruction of removing locking of faults in preset grades on elevator running, generating a fault treatment information packet, and removing the locking of the faults in preset grades on elevator running according to the fault treatment information packet. The invention provides a corresponding device. Due to the method and the device, faults can be displayed in real time, current fault information can be obtained without the presence of professional staffs, and historical fault information can be conveniently inquired. The locking of the faults in specific grades on elevator running can be quickly and forcibly removed to rescue passengers and then the fault conditions are checked and removed in detail.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a method and device for grading and processing elevator faults. Background technique [0002] Elevator is a kind of vertical elevator powered by electric motor, equipped with box-shaped gondola, which is used for multi-storey buildings to take people or carry goods. Fixed lifting equipment serving specified floors. It has a car running between at least two vertical or rigid guide rails with an inclination angle of less than 15°. The size and structure of the car are convenient for passengers to enter and exit or to load and unload goods. [0003] At present, with the continuous development of science and technology, more and more new technologies are applied to the field of elevators. Nowadays, the floors of buildings are getting higher and higher, and most buildings have elevators. Elevators have become an indispensable means of transportation in human life, so the overhau...
