Abstract

The invention relates to a portable polarimetric image collecting and processing system which is characterized by comprising three polarization cameras, three decoders, a NADA FLASH memorizer, a RS-232 serial interface, a field programmable gata array (FPGA) processor, a digital signal processor (DSP) processor and encoder and a displayer. Analog video data collected by the three polarization cameras are decoded by the decoder connected with the three polarization cameras, and three-way digital video data are output to the FPGA processor to be pre-processed; the DSP processor receives data pre-processed by the FPGA and performs calculating of corresponding values of three-channel polarimetric images, then data is output to the encoder through a VP port and then displayed by the displayer, simultaneously by means of data interaction with the FPGA, the data are memorized into the NADA FLASH memorizer. The portable polarimetric image collecting and processing system adopts a system plate formed by the FPGA processor and the DSP processor to collect and process three-way polarimetric images at the same time, same scene and different degree of polarization, obtains multi-polarization degree pictures under the same environment, and facilitates tasks including later-stage defogging, target detecting, tracking and the like which are based on the polarimetric images.
