Disclosed are a method and device for testing demodulation performance of a PUSCH channel. The method includes: triggering PUSCH service data used for testing, and sending the PUSCH service data via the PUSCH channel to be tested; acquiring HARQ feedback generated after the PUSCH channel to be tested has performed HARQ processing on the PUSCH service data on the base station side; acquiring a TA adjusted value generated when the PUSCH channel to be tested performs an adjustment on the time bias of the PUSCH channel to be tested on the base station side; and adjusting the sending of the PUSCH service data according to the HARQ feedback and the TA adjusted value, and testing in a circular manner. The technical solution provided by the present invention solves the problem in the prior art that there is a lack of means for channel performance integration testing, thus achieving the effect of comprehensively and effectively evaluating PUSCH channel performance.
