The triple effective data interaction processes include network accessing synchronization of nodes, periodic synchronous maintenance and periodic synchronous detection. The synchronization realized by the method is the synchronization among subnets, namely, the time synchronization maintained among the low-power-consumption subnets which take the tail electricity meter node of the electricity meter network as a root node. The synchronization scheme is built on a low-power-consumption hardware platform MSP430+CC1100E, and the low-power-consumption control from a software protocol stack to hardware is finished by interaction of various data frames containing time information, and hardware underlying drive related to a low-power-consumption mechanism.
