The catering smart cloud handheld device comprises a wireless communication module, a control module, a storage module, a power supply module and a passive radio frequency identification reader. The passive radio frequency identification reader comprises a dish ordering unit, a dish tracking unit and an attendance recording unit. The wireless communication module is connected with the control module, the control module is further connected with the passive radio frequency identification reader, the storage module and the power supply module, the passive radio frequency identification reader is connected with the storage module, and the storage module is connected with the power supply module.
