Problems solved by technology

The principle of action of the currently used medicinal liquid deodorant is mainly to use organic matter and organic salts to react with the malodorous gas ammonia and indole amine gases in the feces to reduce the stench, and convert the ammonia and indole amine gases into amine salts. The effect is not very obvious, and the cost is expensive
And some deodorants also add nitrates or phosphates, these ingredients themselves have an impact on human and animal health and the environment
In addition, the currently used deodorants have poor permeability and can only contact part of the feces on the surface, and cannot penetrate into the interior to eliminate pollution from the source
Japan and South Korea have begun to try to use natural functional ingredients extracted from plants as deodorants and have achieved some results. At present, this research is still rare in our country.

[0020] Dilute the prepared deodorant solution obtained in Examples 1-3 by 800-1000 times and spray it on the surface of manure or compost respectively, and measure the removal effect on odor molecules at different time intervals. The sensory effect is very obvious, and the odor is quickly removed. , Ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan removal rate measurement results show that: the removal rate of odor is above 80%. The deodorizing effect of this deodorant fully meets the deodorizing requirements of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry.

Abstract

The invention discloses a plant deodorant for excrement / compost treatment in a feeding farm and application thereof. The plant deodorant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-65% of extract of camphor tree leaves and seeds, 10% of perilla extract, 5-10% of lemon extract, 10-20% of mint extract, 5-10% of laurel extract, 5-10% of holly extract and 1-3% of gel, wherein the gel consists of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyacrylamide in a weight ratio of 1:1:1. According to the invention, the plant deodorant is sprayed to cover the surface of excrement / compost to form a covering film so that the deodorant molecules sufficiently react with odor molecules and an aim of lasting deodorization is achieved. Since the main components are natural plant components, the plant deodorant disclosed by the invention is safe and environment-friendly, realizes high deodorization efficiency, and can effectively improve the working environment of the feeding farm and compost treatment and reduce pollution of the feeding farm on the surroundings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a deodorizing product of livestock and poultry excrement, in particular to a plant deodorant used for manure / compost treatment in feedlots and its application. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, there have been more and more complaints from the whole society about the odor incidents of the farms, and the pollution problems caused by the farms to the surrounding environment have become more and more prominent. Odor source pollution also leads to reduced immunity of livestock to diseases, increased mortality of young livestock, and increases the cost of breeding. Therefore, in order to adapt to the construction of a new socialist countryside, achieve the green development of the 12th Five-Year Plan, build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and strengthen the control of excrement pollution from large-scale farms, it is imminent to ...
