Abstract

The system comprises a pipe for delivering the foul heat steam from high-consistency refining, a washing water tank steam pipe, a pipe for delivering the waste heat steam, a chip bin steam pipe, a reboiling furnace and a steam scrubber, wherein the washing water tank steam pipe is the branch of the pipe for delivering the foul heat steam from high-consistency refining, and the chip bin steam pipe is the branch of the pipe for delivering the waste heat steam; the pipe for delivering the foul heat steam and the pipe for delivering the waste heat steam are communicated with the reboiling furnace; the washing water tank steam pipe is communicated with a washing tank; the chip bin steam pipe is communicated with a chip bin; and the reboiling furnace is used for delivering the fresh steam subjected to heat exchange to an alkali recovery plant through a fresh-steam pipe, condensing the waste heat steam subjected to heat exchange into the foul-heat condensed water and delivering the foul-heat condensed water to the alkali recovery plant through a condensed water pipe.
