Embodiment Construction

[0031] 1. Application in hydroponics

[0032] Take the prepared above-mentioned endophytic fungus (casuarina rhizosphere fungus 13, the following strain No. 13) and apply the bacterial liquid to make 5.0×10 5 cfu / ml bacterial solution, soak the roots for 10 minutes before planting the hydroponic seedlings. It can increase the survival rate of seedlings by more than 10%.

Abstract

The invention relates to an endophytic fungus promoting casuarina equisetifolia nutrient element absorption. The endophytic fungus is aspergillus sp. casuarina equisetifolia rhizospheric fungus 13, which is registered and collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on June 28th, 2012. The collection number is CGMCC No. 6306. The fungus is inoculated in casuarina equisetifolia hydroponic seedling. Comprehensive evaluation is carried out according to various indicators of element analysis, and it is further proved that casuarina equisetifolia rhizospheric fungus 13 has a promotion effect upon element absorption and an actual synergetic effect upon casuarina equisetifolia dry matters. When a functional endophytic fungus beneficial for promoting element absorption is found, the endophytic fungus can be used in production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an endophytic fungus capable of promoting the absorption of casuarina nutrient elements. Background technique [0002] The study of plant endophytes began at the end of the 19th century when Vogl isolated the first endophytes from the seeds of ryegrass Lolium temulentum L. [1] . However, a large number of studies on endophytes in plants began in the 1980s, mainly in vegetation in temperate, subtropical and tropical regions. [0003] The predecessors can isolate endophytes from most plants, so it can be speculated that endophytes are ubiquitous in plants. Endophytes have been found in at least 80 genera and 290 species of grass crops worldwide [2] . According to their unique functions, the endophytes isolated from plants can be divided into: nitrogen-fixing bacteria, potassium-fixing bacteria, phosphorus-fixing bacteria and other plant growth-promoting bacteria [3~4] , Biocontrol bacteria with resistance to pests and diseas...
