The video playing device comprises a video content interface unit, a network interface unit, a tag mixing unit and a display unit. The video content interface unit outputs at least one video frame. The network interface unit obtains tag information corresponding to the video frame from a server via a network, wherein the tag information is internally provided with at least one tag. The tag mixing unit outputs a tag layer according to the tag information, and allows the tag layer to be synchronous with the video frame according to video information of the video frame. The tag layer is superimposed on the video frame by the display unit, and the display unit displays the tag layer and the video frame.
