An accelerator pedal is stepped down, a lever under the accelerator pedal drives an accelerator draw wire which drives a position switch slider to rotate counterclockwise, an on limit travel switch is switched on, a small direct-current motor connected with the limit travel switch coaxially is started to start a coaxially connected high-pressure ball valve, and high-pressure air in an air tank group is discharged to be used by the engine and other devices; when the accelerator pedal is released slowly, the accelerator draw wire is loosened, the travel switch slider rotates clockwise, and the motor stops operating; and when a driver releases the accelerator completely, the accelerator pedal is uplifted under the inertia, the travel switch slider touches an off limit travel switch, the motor operates in an opposite direction, the high-pressure ball valve is closed, the air tank group stops supplying air for the engine and the other devices, and the motor stops operating.
