The invention discloses a five-prevention interlocking topology analysis method based on a substation scalable vector graphics (SVG) primary connection diagram. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: in the substation SVG primary connection diagram, setting two node numbers for switches and knife switches respectively, only one node number for an earthing knife switch and one node number for two connected devices, and forming topology connection relation files of devices; and searching devices related to each device through device node numbers generated by the SVG topology connection diagram to obtain states of devices related to an operation device, and generating five-prevention rules of the operation device according to device operation logic.
