Problems solved by technology

When doing oceanic surveys, icebreakers have to break the ice, which will produce small ice cubes and debris. When collecting surface seawater samples, small ice particles and seawater are collected together in the sample, which will cause the sampled sample It is a mixture of ice particles and seawater, which affects the original composition, and even reacts physically and chemically with the original sample after melting, destroying the sample and causing the scientific research results to deviate
The collectors in the prior art cannot completely remove the ice particles and affect the collection of samples

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further elaborated below by describing a preferred specific embodiment in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0018] Such as figure 1 As shown, the polar surface seawater collector includes a pumping device 10, a filtering device 20 and a fixing device 30; the water outlet of the pumping device 10 is connected with the filtering device 20, and the fixing device 30 is arranged under the filtering device 20; the described pumping device 10 includes a gear pump 11, a throttle valve 12, a pressure gauge 13, a fixed conduit bracket 14, a water inlet 15, a water outlet conduit 16, and a flare 17; one end of the gear pump 11 is connected to the water inlet 15, and the other end is connected to the throttle valve 12. The gear pump 11 is used to extract seawater and drive the seawater into the filter device. The gear pump 11 is selected to avoid the damage of sea ice entering the pump. The other end of the throttle valve 12 is c...

Abstract

The invention discloses a collector for sea water on the surface of a polar region. The collector comprises a water pumping device, a filter device and a fixed device, wherein the water outlet end of the water pumping device is connected with the filter device; the fixed device is arranged below the filter device; the water pumping device comprises a gear pump, a throttle valve, a pressure gauge, a fixed guide tube support, a water inlet, a water outlet guide tube and a flaring; the filter device comprises a primary filter unit, a secondary filter unit, a residue drain port and an outer housing; a through hole is formed in the middle of the upper end of the outer housing; the water outlet guide tube penetrates through the through hole; the primary filter unit is arranged just under the flaring; the secondary filter unit is arranged just under the primary filter unit; the lower end of the outer housing is connected with the residue drain port; the fixed device comprises supporting seats and screws; one ends of the supporting seats are fixedly connected with the outer housing, and the other ends of the supporting seats are connected with the screws. The collector is used for removing ice particles in collected sea water during scientific expeditions in the Antarctic and the Arctic, so that real and accurate original data of the collected sea water can be ensured. The collector is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seawater collector, in particular to a collector for removing seawater ice particles during scientific investigations in the South and North Pole. Background technique [0002] The Antarctic and North Pole regions include the entire process of multi-sphere interaction of the atmosphere, ocean, land, ice and snow, and organisms, and are closely related to global climate change, sea level rise, geobiochemical cycles, ecosystems, and human activities. At the same time, the polar region has unique information about the evolution of the Earth system in the past, which is of great significance for understanding the Earth system and its interaction with human activities. [0003] Due to the harsh climate conditions in the South and North Pole, there is little sunshine time, so it freezes all the year round. When doing oceanic surveys, icebreakers have to break the ice, which will produce small ice cubes and debris. When collecting...
