Problems solved by technology

Although some parts of Northwest China (Tibet and other regions) are also planted with Xuesha, but currently Xuesha as a roughage in livestock animal feed has not been widely accepted by the local people, and there is no local evaluation of the feeding value of Xuesha hay material
Insufficient research data limit the popularization and application of Xuesha with good feeding value in livestock breeding

Embodiment 1

[0016] Example 1. High-yield Holstein lactating dairy cows full mixed ration feed formula 1 where Xuesha partially replaces alfalfa

[0017] 1. Analysis and comparison of the basic nutritional components of Xuesha and alfalfa (see Table 1)

[0018] Table 1 Basic nutritional components of Xuesha and alfalfa (g / kg DM)

[0019]

[0020] As shown in Table 1, the crude protein content of Xuesha is 1.8 times that of alfalfa. The content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in alfalfa is 1.8 times and 1.6 times that of Xuesha, respectively. The content of ash and calcium did not differ significantly between the two forages, but the phosphorus content of alfalfa was 1.6 times that of Xuesha. These characteristics make Xuesa a possibility to replace alfalfa for feeding ruminants.

[0021] 2. Complete mixed ration feed formula for high-yielding Holstein lactating dairy cows that partially replaces alfalfa with Xuesha

Embodiment 2

[0030] Example 2. High-yielding Holstein lactating dairy cows full mixed ration feed formula 2 where Xuesha partially replaces alfalfa

[0031] 1. Complete mixed ration feed formula for high-yielding Holstein lactating dairy cows with Xuesha partially replacing alfalfa

[0032] Table 4. High-yielding Holstein lactating dairy cow total mixed ration feed formula 2

[0033]

[0034] Note: The milk yield is 30kg / d, the milk fat rate is 4.0%, and the milk protein rate is 3.2%.

[0035] 2. Influence of combination of Xuesha and alfalfa feed on in vitro fermentation

[0036] Same as embodiment 1 table 3

[0037] As shown in Table 3, Xuesha did not reduce the parameters of in vitro fermentation after replacing alfalfa, and even improved the in vitro fermentation effect. Therefore, alfalfa can be replaced with Xuesha. After partially or completely replacing alfalfa with Xuesha, the disappearance rate of dry matter increased significantly. But after replacing alfalfa with 50%-80...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel ruminant total mixed ration which consists of a coarse feed and a concentrated feed, wherein the coarse feed mainly comprises an alfalfa mixture and corn silage supplemented by one or more of Chinese wildrye and crop straw; the alfalfa mixture consists of alfalfa and trigonella foenum-graecum in a weight ratio of 100:(0-100); and the trigonella foenum-graecum contains 250-300g / kg of crude protein, 200-300g / kg of galactomannan, 200-250g / kg of slightly-soluble fiber, 70-90g / kg of fat and the like, and can be prepared into hay feed. The trigonella foenum-graecum can fertilize soil through nitrogen fixation and is favorable for keeping soil; the trigonella foenum-graecum also has a function of suppressing rumen flatulence and has a very high nutritive value; as a substitutive coarse feed, the alfalfa raw material can be saved, the cost of ruminant feeding is greatly reduced, the trigonella foenum-graecum resource is sufficiently utilized, and the dependence on foreign alfalfa can be eased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of livestock breeding, and in particular relates to a novel ruminant feed. Background technique [0002] For a long time, in the field of traditional livestock feeding, alfalfa has occupied an important position in livestock feed crops, which is mainly due to its high nutritional value. Currently, alfalfa is considered the best high-protein feed for ruminants. With the development of China's large-scale dairy farming industry, the demand for alfalfa has gradually increased. Since 2009, China has become an importer of alfalfa. In recent years, the regions and provinces where China imports alfalfa products from the United States are expanding, the number of imports is increasing, and the price is also soaring. In 2010, my country imported 227,200 tons of alfalfa, an increase of 196.51% year-on-year, and the import value was US$61.4768 million, an increase of 200.85% year-on-year. The average import price in 2010 was ...
