The invention relates to a method for preparing a milk cow replacement cattle fermented total mixed ration (TMR) feed from gingko decoction dreg. The method comprises the following steps of: adding fermentation raw materials including gingko decoction dreg, straws, a basic material, molasses, a fermenting agent and a mildew inhibitor into a TMR stirrer and uniformly stirring the materials; adjusting moisture to be 45 to 55 percent; pouring the mixture into a polyethylene film vacuum bag, vacuuming to achieve required density, and binding and sealing the bag; and fermenting the mixture to obtain the feed.
