Embodiment 1

[0022] The coreopsis variety used in Example 1 is high-sexed and yellow in flower color, and the source is Zhenjiang Ruifan Agronomy Co., Ltd. Paclobutrazol was produced by Jiangsu Subin Biological Agrochemical Co., Ltd., and the foliar fertilizer was Huimanfeng produced by Jiangyin Xingcheng Huimanfeng Organic Fertilizer Co., Ltd.

[0023] Embodiment one comprises the following steps:

[0024] 1) Sowing seedlings and planting cultivation

[0025] On September 20th of that year, coreopsis was sown and raised, and on October 25th, it was planted in the farming field, and planted at a row spacing of 40×40cm. After planting, 50 plants were planted in each plot during the entire growth period, and 4 plots (A) were repeated 4 times. For the dwarfing treatment and the foliar fertilizer treatment, 2 plots (CK) were used as the control, and coreopsis was managed normally in the field throughout the growth period.

Embodiment 2

[0035] Embodiment two except using the 0.8~1% than long B that is produced by Shaanxi Aerospace Fine Chemical Factory 9 The (N-dimethylaminosuccinamic acid) solution was used to replace the paclobutrazol (PPP333) solution in Example 1, and the remaining coreopsis varieties and foliar fertilizers were the same as in Example 1.

[0036] Embodiment two comprises the following steps:

[0037] 1) Sowing seedlings and planting cultivation

[0038] On September 20th of that year, Coreopsis was sown and raised according to the conventional method. On October 25th, it was cultivated to the farming field, and planted at a row spacing of 40×40cm. 50 plants were planted in each plot, and repeated 4 times in 4 plots. (B) for dwarfing Treatment and foliar fertilizer treatment, 2 plots (CK) were used as the control, and coreopsis was managed normally in the field throughout the growth period.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving seed yield and quality of golden wave. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) performing sowing and seedling raising and field planting; (2) dwarfing scape when the golden wave blooms; (3) spraying leaf fertilizers; and (4) harvesting golden wave seeds. The method for improving the seed yield and quality of the golden wave disclosed by the invention is simple and effective, is convenient to operate and can be widely popularized and applied. When plants bud, paclobutrazol or daminozide B9 of proper concentration is sprayed, and therefore, the vegetative growth of stems and branches of the plants is delayed, and the plant height and the height of the scape when the plants bloom are controlled. The plant height of the golden wave is controlled to be 30-35cm, so that the golden wave is effectively prevented from largely lodging when blooming and fructifying, and the lodging rate is reduced to be less than 5 percent from more than 80 percent in the prior art. According to the method for improving the seed yield and quality of the golden wave disclosed by the invention, flower buds can be promoted to be differentiated, so that the fructification percentage is improved, the yield is improved, the grain weight is increased by more than 25 percent, the unit weight is increased by more than 15 percent, the yield per plant is increased by 20 percent, and the germination rate is increased to be more than 85 percent from less than 70 percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for seed production and cultivation of herbaceous plants, in particular to a method for improving the yield and quality of coreopsis seeds, and belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation. Background technique [0002] Coreopsis basalis is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the genus Coreopsis of the Compositae family. The plant height is 30-90 cm. The whole plant is sparsely long-haired, and the leaves are mostly clustered at the base or a few are opposite. There are few leaves on the stem, and the cauline leaves are oblong. Spatulate or lanceolate, flowers solitary or sparse panicles, involucre 2 rows, 3 in each row, connate at the base. Tongue-shaped flowers l row, wide tongue-shaped, yellow, brown or pink. Tubular flowers yellow to brown, thin fruit oblate, with thin scaly wings. Ornamental coreopsis has dense branches and leaves, which can be viewed not only for leaves but also for flowers. It has...
