The method includes selecting the hybrid seeds free of disease and pest harms and free of injuries; disinfecting the seeds to obtain the sterile hybrid seeds; sterilizing a sowing medium; then under sterile conditions, sowing the disinfected hybrid seeds to sterilized fine sand or fine sand to which 6-benzylamino adenine is added; after sowing, culturing the hybrid seeds at 23-25 DEG C under complete-dark conditions until cotyledons are exposed from the sowing medium; then culturing the seedlings at 23-25 DEG C under a condition that illumination intensity of natural scattered light is 2800-32001x until the heights of the seedlings are 4-5 cm; and then transplanting the seedlings to a transplanting medium in a sealed environment the air humidity of which is 80-90% and the temperature of which is 23-25 DEG C. The method can increase the germination rate of the hybrid seeds of camellia nitidissima Chi, can increase the sowing and seedling raising efficiency and can reduce loss of hybrid germplasm.
