Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, in the process of improving clones, the following four problems often occur in Chinese tea gardens: (1) The survival rate of transplanted tea seedlings is very low, resulting in "development every year, planting every year, and planting the same field every year"; (2) The quality of new tea gardens is not high, and the cost of renovation of old tea gardens is high, and the waste is serious
(3) The purity of seedlings is not high; (4) The rate of emergence of tea seedlings is not high, and the efficiency of seedling breeding units is poor
These four major problems have seriously affected the process of improving tea gardens, severely affected the enthusiasm of tea farmers to build new tea gardens, and become a bottleneck problem that needs to be solved urgently in the current development of the industry.

Embodiment Construction

[0007] (1) Materials and instruments:

[0008] Fuding large white tea with green stalk ears and tender red stalk ears; Echa No. 1 green stalk ears and tender red stalk ears; hydroponic tray, foam board, branch shears; sterile water, tap water; HCL, NaOH, sucrose, KH 2 PO 4 , urea, pH measuring instrument; 30% sunshade net, 50% sunshade net, 70% sunshade net.

[0009] (2) Selection of suitable water quality for nutrient solution:

[0010] Two kinds of water quality were used: A-sterile water and B-tap water. Three repetitions were set up for each, with 30 tea spikes in each repetition. Hydroponics was carried out for 15 days, 25 days, and 40 days to investigate the healing of tea spikes and the elongation of tea buds. The four factors of seedling rate, seedling height, and cut blackhead were used to study the suitable water quality by using contrast method and variance analysis.

[0011] The study found that tea spikes can form callus when cultured in two kinds of water qual...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of crop cultivation, and relates to a method for increasing a healing rate of clonal tea shoots for cutting. The method is characterized in that influence of the quality of nutrient solution at water culture stages for the tea shoots, pH (potential of hydrogen) values, proportions of nutrient components, hormones, sunshade rates, environmental temperatures, water culture periods, shoot pruning modes for the tea shoots and the ages, the thicknesses and the lengths of the tea shoots on formation of water culture calluses of the tea shoots is compared, and suitable water culture conditions for the tea shoots are screened; tea shoots with green stems or pink stems are selected, the length of each shoot ranges from 2.0cm to 2.5cm, and lower-end pruned wound of each fully grown auxiliary bud with one leaf can be flat or oblique; the tea shoots are soaked in 2%o carbendazim for 5 to 10 minutes, then are soaked in 125ppm of 2, 4-D for 12 hours and are subjected to water culture in nutrient solution (tap water is inappropriate) in a period from May to July (optimally a period from May to the beginning or the middle of June), the nutrient solution is prepared from sterile water, 0.005% of urea and 0.005% of KH<2>PO<4> are added into the sterile water, and the pH of the nutrient solution ranges from 6.0 to 7.0; the temperatures of greenhouses range from 25 DEG C to 30 DEG C under the control, and the tea shoots are cultured for 25 to 30 days.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of crop cultivation, and relates to a method for improving the healing rate of clone tea tree cuttings. Background technique [0002] Clonal fine varieties are currently mainly propagated by cuttings with short spikes. Because they are bred from tea tree branches, they are called clonal good tea tree varieties. Population varieties are planted by direct seeding or transplanting of seed seedlings to build gardens. The seeds are formed through flowering, fertilization, and fruiting, so they are called sexual reproduction. The differences are as follows: (1) Clonal improved varieties are selected from population varieties according to the selection requirements, or are bred through sexual hybridization, and their traits are relatively consistent. Its biological characteristics and morphological characteristics are relatively consistent, such as plant height, bud and leaf color, germination uniformity, and effective ingr...
