The invention belongs to the technical field of biological material
engineering and
tissue engineering, and discloses a preparation method and application of
fiber hydrogel capable of regulating and controlling
cell aggregation and collective migration. According to the invention, carboxylated
cellulose nanofibers are compounded with
matrigel, and ionic crosslinking is carried out under the action of Ca < 2 + > to form the
fiber hydrogel. The carboxylated
cellulose nanofibers are crosslinked with Ca < 2 + > through
fiber entanglement to construct a mechanical skeleton of the hydrogel. The obtained fiber hydrogel has the characteristics of fiber architecture,
viscoelasticity, mechanical
plasticity, abundant bioactive ligands and the like, and can regulate and
control cell aggregation, morphological recombination and collective migration behaviors through a mechanical
signal transduction pathway. The material provides a controllable, bionic and high-fidelity three-dimensional experimental platform for mechanical and biological research in the processes of
cancer metastasis, embryonic development, immune response, tissue regeneration and the like.
