The base comprises a base plate, a supporting plate, a hinged screw, and a coiled wire partition plate. One end of the supporting plate is connected to the front end of the base plate through the hinged screw, and the other end of the supporting plate is meshed with one check block. The back end of the base plate is hinged to the lower shell body. The coiled wire partition plate is vertically fixed at the bottom of the base plate. A groove is formed in the front end of the supporting plate.
