Embodiment Construction

[0031] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the technical scheme of invention is described in detail:

[0032] refer to figure 1 , the application scenario of the present invention is long-term evolution LTE network downlink resource allocation, assuming that the spectrum bandwidth of the cell is 10MHz, and the number of schedulable resource blocks RB is N, at a certain scheduling time, there are U online video users in the cell to receive services, Each user only generates one kind of business. By adding a video service QoE information collection module to the user equipment UE, the user sends its own buffer status level information and video QoE benefit function model coefficients to the base station, and the base station calculates user resource allocation priorities based on this. Since the network environment and video service content change in real time, when the channel quality is poor, the video is prone to freezing, affecting user experience. The user's b...

Abstract

The invention relates to a QoE (quality of experience) support resource distribution method for LTE (long term evolution) network video service. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) receiving feedback information of various video users from user equipment (UE) by a base station eNodeB; (2) monitoring the state of a cache queue of radio link control (RLC) by the base station eNodeB and calculating the rate requirement R of real-time video service; (3) calculating QoE benefit function value taking the satisfaction degree Q(R) obtained when the rate requirement R of the video users is met as a reference by a dispatcher in the base station eNodeB; (4) combining the dispatcher with a video QoE benefit function and the state grade of a terminal buffer area to construct distribution priorities of users on N resource blocks at t time, wherein u and n respectively represent the users and indexes of the resource blocks (RBs); and (5) performing priority sequencing on the users according to the resource distribution priorities constructed in the step (4) and polling to distribute time frequency resource blocks to the users. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the quality of service experience of the users can be ensured from the two aspects of video image quality and smoothness of playing process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of mobile communication, and in particular relates to a method for allocating downlink resources in a long-term evolution (LTE) network aiming at guaranteeing the quality of experience (QoE) of online video services, specifically a method for allocating resources for guaranteeing QoE of video services on an LTE network. Background technique [0002] Compared with 2G / 3G technology, 3G Long Term Evolution (LTE) system can provide higher data rate and better network performance, and has received extensive attention in recent years. The growth of mobile communication network bandwidth is not synchronous with the increase of business demand, so business characteristics and user expectations should be fully considered when allocating resources. Video services will occupy the largest proportion in mobile multimedia services, and it is very necessary to ensure the quality of service experience of video streaming users. [00...
