The method is to calculate a gate voltage compensation within a second set time starting from an initial change moment. The method specifically comprises calculating an initial value of the gate voltage compensation of the initial change moment according to a first output power of the power amplifier within a first set time before the initial change moment and a second output power of the power amplifier of the initial change moment, and calculating a subsequent value of the gate voltage compensation after the initial change time according to the thermal conductivity of the power amplifier; and adjusting the gate voltage of the power amplifier at a corresponding time point within the second set time by using the gate voltage compensation.
