According to the invention, the swing direction of the balancing weight can be regulated according to the tire pressure of each tire and the gravity center of the vehicle is changed by regulating the swing direction of the balancing weight, and thus, variation of the tire pressures can be reduced or eliminated, so that sinking or uplift of a vehicle head, which is caused by acceleration and deceleration and lateral tilt of a vehicle body in the high-speed turning process are reduced or eliminated.
