The invention provides a conditional access card CAM which comprises a storage unit, a cache unit, a processing unit, an authorization information unit and a communication unit. The storage unit is used for storing a conversion program. The cache unit is used for caching the conversion program and privacy information tables with a preset uniform form. The processing unit is used for executing the conversion program, converting the privacy information tables of different forms into privacy information tables with the preset uniform form and caching the privacy information tables with the preset uniform form into the cache unit. The authorization information unit is used for obtaining authorization information of users. The communication unit is used for transmitting the authorization information of the users to an operator server, receiving the privacy information tables of the different forms, transmitting the privacy information tables to the processing unit and transmitting the privacy information tables of the preset uniform form to all-in-one machines, wherein the privacy information tables of the different forms are transmitted by the operator server and conform to the authorization information of the users.
