The sowing equipment comprises a machine platform, a feed divider, an ejection device, a vacuum device, a plurality of suction nozzles, a material guide device, an extruding device and a driving unit, wherein the cultivation medium is arranged in a holding seat of the machine platform; the suction nozzles are connected to the vacuum device; seeds are allocated in the feed divider; the driving unit drives a head plate of the ejection device to push out the seeds through an ejector rod of the ejection device; the vacuum device and the driving unit drive the suction nozzles to suck and put the seeds in a material guide box; the driving unit drives the material guide box of the material guide device to enable a duct of the material guide device to approach the top face of the cultivation medium; the driving unit drives a fixing plate of the extruding device to enable a compression bar of the extruding device to extrude the cultivation medium, and the seeds are located below the top face. Therefore, the sowing equipment and the seed implanting method provided by the invention can be used for ensuring an excellent sowing rate for the seeds.
