Abstract

The invention discloses a processing technology of jeans wear. The technology comprises the following steps: 1) mixing 15-18 parts of nano silver antibacterial agent, 7-8 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 170-180 parts of crushed resin and 450-500 parts of water in parts by mass, stirring for 10 minutes, orderly adding 11-13 parts of methyltrimethoxysilane, 30-35 parts of fiber protective agent and 2-4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in parts by mass, continuing to mix for 35-40 minutes, so as to prepare a finishing liquor; 2) heating the finishing liquor to 60-65 DEG C, and padding the jeans wear in the finishing liquor for 1-2 hours; 3) prebaking at 65-85 DEG C for 5-10 minutes after spin-drying; 4) carrying out drum crumpling treatment; 5) putting in an oven to carry out setting treatment for 10-15 minutes at 190-195 DEG C; and 6) washing with water and baking. By adopting the processing technology of the jeans wear, which is disclosed by the invention, the jeans wear has antibacterial and anti-wrinkle dual functions.
